Returns & Exchanges Policy
Change of mind We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@pictolane.au with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Incorrect items If you received the wrong item, get in touch and we'll make it right straight away.
Non-returnable items Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
How to start a return Email us at hello@pictolane.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
