Where we ship We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD
- Standard shipping: $9.95 AUD for orders under $100
How we ship All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. Deliveries to major cities should arrive within 3 business days. Regional and rural deliveries may take longer.
Authority to Leave If you'd like your parcel left at your door, please select 'Authority to Leave' at checkout and add a note detailing where it should be left. Otherwise, your order will be taken to your local post office for safekeeping. Please note that by selecting Authority to Leave, Pictolane and Australia Post are not liable for any missing parcels.
Orders Returned to Sender If your parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect from a drop-off location, you will be notified and given the option to pay a re-shipping fee to have your order resent. Should you not wish to have the order resent, you will be refunded less the original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. We try to offer competitive shipping rates, which is quite costly for us, so we appreciate your understanding that we are unable to re-ship orders at our expense.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter).
